As a non-medicinal product, Cura-Heat is safe to use in conjunction with oral pain relieving medication.  Cura-Heat should not be used over the same area as topical pain relieving medication.

With the exception of Direct to Skin Cura-Heat Back Pain Max Size which is applied directly to the skin all other Cura-Heat products are either placed over the clothing /underwear or placed in comfortable supportive wraps over the affected joints. For the indirect application products the heat produced radiates through the clothing/ underwear to the point of pain.
